Joel Medrano
CEO & President
Joel Medrano founded PPS House Buyers in 2017 to help Houston homeowners sell their properties quickly and fairly during difficult times.
Since then, Joel and his team have purchased over 500 homes across Houston—from inherited properties to houses facing foreclosure. When Joel makes an offer, he has the cash and expertise to close on time, every time.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Joel serves Houston’s diverse community with honesty and respect. He coaches youth baseball in the Clear Lake area and is actively involved in his local community.
As a father of two children, Joel understands the importance of family and trust. He treats every homeowner the way he’d want his own family treated.
